Canchita Peruvian Cuisine

So we managed to get a seating on a Tuesday night - and it was Tues Tacos night!

The Fish Tacos (18.0) were so simple yet very satisfying. The batter fried perfectly without being too greasy, but a squeeze of lime wouldn't hurt!

These below were the Wagyu Beef Tacos (24.0), a hearty bite but it does not reasonate with smokey mayo and coriander.

They said this puree was meant to be spicy, my friends felt it was too, but I thought it was mild but went well to add another layer of complexity here.

Pescado Palmido (34.0) This Seabass served with Heart of Palm was expertly grilled. A safe bet if you are new to Peruvian cuisine or are health conscious.

The grilled Octopus a la Brasa (35.0) was my favourite dish.

Arroz Con Pato (36.0) My first time trying this Coriander and Dark Beer rice, it was fully infused with flavours so complex of sweetness, freshness and intensity. The duck confit played a secondary role here.

And of course, you cannot come here without ordering the Ceviche Clasico (26.0)
