De Burg Chef is back! The Bargers is now at The Cider Pit Joo Chiat.

 After a long hiatus from his last burger at CT Hub - De Burg, Chef Andrew Sim is back to tickle the buds of Burger aficionados again. This time as a warm up, he is taking over the kitchens of the Cider Pit along Joo Chiat. Serving you an honest wholesome lip smacking burger to go with the Ciders on tap or a pint of Ale.

Andrew has done much to understand what really needs to go into a bite, the perfect burger. None of those overly thick patties which you can barely fit into your mouth, nor those who tried to make it too juicy (ending up wet instead). A simple double cheesed, "sincere" patty caramelized enough to seal in the juices but also intensify an almost "wok hei" ness that complements insanely with well-placed piece of Bacon! 

Even the buttered buns were of proper firmness to keep everything in between together as you process all the flavours and textures in your mouth - not to be eaten with a fork and knife on the plate please.... And need I say "proper fries" for once?! Thank God!
