Oh My Burger - Phnom Penh

First time in Phnom Penh, I was brought to this mobile food stall by the roadside. If you don’t mind, you could sit by the curb, stand or take it back to the office. But yes this is what of the best burgers I had in Phnom Penh for just USD2!

The buns lightly toasted, the streaky bacon left chewy as opposed to dry and crispy, chunky juicy patty with a melty cheese engulfing it. A sunny side up and salad dressing adds to the sloppiness. And grilled Jalapenos for a bit of a kick.

It is parked strategically by the corner of the US embassy - where most of Chef Train’s customers would be from. He would open for a couple of hours for lunch, albeit he had recently extended operating hours to cater to breakfast as well.
