Genevieve’s - Siem Reap

Fish Amok
"mok", "amok" or "ho mok" refers to the process of steam cooking a curry in banana leaves. Thick coconut cream and galangal added to this firm possibly Batang fish. Thick but mild in spice.

Khmer Chicken Curry
This curry is similar to the thai curries. Thick, rich and slightly sweeter than the Indian curries. Which means you have the strong lemongrass flavours but also turmeric which explains the colour.
