Loo's Hainanese Curry Rice

The queue seems long, but it moves much faster than its parallel queue for Sixties Bak Chor Mee. Personally I loved the Squid Curry the most. Rick thick full of flavours and spices, with more layers of flavours than your average curry. Let the gravy douse over the pork chops and you are good to go!

The "Lion's Head" a steamed meat ball has so much texture, much like a "Tsukune" Japanese meatball which has a blend of parts including crunchy cartilages. Its gravy also heavily flavoured, may come across salty to some but goes well with rice. The braised pork belly was melt in your mouth but you'll get better ones at the braised duck/kway chap stalls.
