Chatterbox Express @ OUE Downtown

The new OUE Downtown flaunts many new cafes and eateries, including Chen's Mapo Tofu and Monster Curry. From the same people who gave you the most expensive Chicken Rice in Singapore, in Mandarin hotel, you now have here - Chatterbox Express. The good news is that it costs less here at $8.50 for the same Signature Chicken Rice, add $4 for a drink and vegetables. Sadly you order from a young cashier who does not relay any special requests or of parts. 

The Chicken is smooth and firm and tender almost perfect. And you get a small bowl of Fragrant Chicken Rice. The soup is bland like water. The Signature Laksa is fragrant with an intense flavour of the laksa leaves. But for $12, you only get 3 prawns. 

Personally, it was nice, but with the many other options in CBD you would be better off somewhere else for a more affordable price.
