Lau Puay Chay Authentic Roasted Delights

This plate of rice is definitely different from any other Roasts/Shao La that I have tried. And I like it! Albeit that the queue to the Avocado Juice next to it is longer, but this stall has its fair share of acclaims. Seeing the articles on this stall featuring the Roast Pork and Char Siew, I went for that combination. 

It is almost a role reversal! The Pork Belly is firm and tender with a good bite. Yet it was the Char Siew that was fatty! Too good! But what sets them truly apart is their sauce! It is a viscous dirty looking sauce that covers your rice. It is not too salty nor sweet, because it is balanced out with bits of garlic fried into it. Amazing. Goes so well especially with the charred bits of the Char Siew!
