New Tables: Audace @ Wanderlust Hotel [CLOSED]

Chef Jeremy Gillon from Restaurants du Montana of the French Alps returns to Singapore to helm Unlisted Collections latest "Audace" in its own Wanderlust Hotel. 

Chef Jeremy with much "Audacity" pushes boundaries of French comfort food and Contemporary cuisine and presentation. And in his Discovery Menu "Laissez-vous Aller", otherwise known as Go With the Flow - aligned with the Wanderlust theme.

A lot of thought has been carefully placed as to what goes onto a plate, creating a story of flavours and blends. Mushrooms, Carrots and Onions done three ways in each of these appetizers. Or how Fish Oil, Pine Oil and Chlorophyll complements each other so amazingly well. Ending a heavy degustation with a refreshing Cucumber sorbet. Or so you'd think... a pretty surprise lurks.
