This Galician boiled Octopus remains so soft, sprinkled with Salt and Paprika and drizzled with Olive oil and set on slices of Potatoes.

Char Grilled Pork Belly and Razor Clams, with Cauliflower Puree 32
A very rich and savoury dish. The Pork Belly was fatty but grilled crispy on the outside. Razor Clams or as locals know it as Bamboo Clams were sweet. Both balanced with a dip of the Puree of Cauliflower.

Slow cooked Beef Short Ribs with Carrots Puree & Marinated Shallots 27
The short ribs were soft and tender from slow cooking, but it was not a dish I would see myself ordering again. We are still trying to figure out what those purple stalks are, I think they are baby carrots slowed cooked together with the ribs in a red wine sauce.
The white Asparagus were seasonal and not on the menu. Served with Parma and a Mushroom puree.
