Thaksin Beef Noodles

I've walked past this coffeeshop so many times, known to me as the one with the Brothers' Rojak and Popiah. This time I walk in, after Gym, to try this Thai Beef Noodles. 

The soup is very rich and full of flavour and perhaps with a tad too much MSG. But you can tell that lots of bones went into this broth. This with a dash of their killer Chilli Flakes, would be an effective hangover cure! The beef brisket is soft and tender, the tripe soaks up the broth with so much flavour!
