Alchemist Beer Lab - Duck Confit

This has to be one of the tastiest Duck Confit and I do not believe the 3 hour Free Flow of Craft beers had anything to influence this. After a process of cooking this Duck Leg in its own fat, it is pan-seared and basted with more of the salt marinate. Resulting in a Tender and Juicy on the inside, Crispy and Salted on the outside. 

They are not new to cooking Rich and Unadulterated beer food - Little Island Brewery serves you a plethora of Smoked delights.
