Set Luncheon at Bar-A-Thym

 Tucked away in a quiet corner of Gemmil Lane next to Angeleno and Luke's, Chef Francois Mermilliod eagle eyed over the freshest ingredients and the highest quality of food offering. And now, for just $38 ++, you can experience Exquisite fine dining in a open and casual ambience!

As a starter you'd have Crab Cakes served with a Thai Sauce. 

This has to be one of the best Lobster Bisque I have ever tasted. It has every flavour and richness of a Bisque, but light and aerated. Each mouthful fragrant. 

A generous chunk of Foie Gras pan seared and glazed with a Sour Plum and Wine reduction. 

Milk Fed Veal Loin is for the first main. We had this done Medium and it was firm yet juicy. 

This Seafood Bouillabaisse over a SeaBass is amazing. The stew, slow broiled with in Seafood, sits so Rich and Fragrant and Sweet. The SeaBass is Firm and Fresh. The flavours are exponentially accentuated with the Aioli on the side.  

To finish it off, you'd get to choose from a Cheese Platter or a variety of tarts and desserts.
