Where can you find some of the best sliders in the CBD area?

1. Black Swan - Cecil Street

One of the tastiest sliders I have ever had. This is a Cajun Chicken slider. Charred, Juicy, Springy chicken thigh on a sesame bun. Full of flavour and bite. Classy and Functional. 

2. Mad Men Attic Bar - North Canal Road

Easily one of the juiciest sliders I have ever tasted! Perfectly charred Patty, juicy on the inside and blending so amazingly well with chunks of Blue Cheese within. It's sweetness and saltiness compensated with a hint of bitter from Rockets.  

3. Erwins - MBFC 

Their sliders are slightly more substantial. A juicy beef patty, crispy lettuce and tomatoes for balance. A hearty bite that one can't complain. A nice lining before enjoying a German ale. Pity about the horrible service though. 

4. Overeasy - One Fullerton 

Some say they were the first to introduce Singapore to the concept of sliders, and making it viral with her ingenious $1 sliders whenever the STI closes lower than the previous day. They claim to use ony Tenderloins and topped with generous cheese. However, the standard has seen dropped since inception with what's left of a lacklustre offering.
