JiJi Wanton Mee - Hong Lim Market

There is always a snaking queue along a narrow corridor in Hong Lim Market. 

What I like about this Wanton Mee are the noodles - thicker than your usual "Mee Kia" giving a fuller bite. Its sauce is lighter, with a dash of soup. And if you have a look at the soup, it isn't your typical MSG water. Its milky appearance should be attributed to boiling bones and peanuts.
