De Burg Burgers

From its origins in Bukit Merah, Chef Andrew Sim has earned his own fan following. De Burg now even has its first franchise outlet in Simpang Bedok. His burgers are not complex - they pride on combinations of Taste and Flavours and Texture and simple Customer Satisfaction.  

"Encikburger"
My first time trying a pork burger. I never knew it could taste this good. A 200g Australian Pork Patty with lots of texture and springy to the bite. This crazy mutated patty is stuffed with Cheese, Pineapples and chopped Iberico Chorizo! (from the cross-sectional view, you can see how loaded it is) In addition, he adds the mandatory Bacon and Onions. Delicious! $19.90




"De Burg Signature Burger"
The first on the menu. A 200g Aus Beef Patty topped off with a whole Portobello Mushroom and Bacon. Juices from the Patty and Mushroom, mixed with the Cheese and Mayo gives a mouthful of savoury. $19.50


"Indonesian"
A Beef Burger topped off with this featured Rendang sauce specially created in house. It has my stamp of approval, it is authentic with a depth twist.
