Chicken Up @ Tanjong Pagar

Perpetually a crowd outside this popular Korean outlet despite being along a street littered with Korean restaurants. As the name suggests, their signature dish is the popular Fried Chicken from Korea. A dish usually enjoyed with a cold lager - affectionately termed as "ChiMac" Chicken and Maegju (Beer). 

Personally I'd prefer the Fried version (Ganjang) to the Sauced version (Yangnyum) below. Both costs $12 each for 4 pieces of wings. 


The Crab Stew was the best! A kimchi based soup made deliciously sweet from slow broiling the seafood in it. Warning, it is highly addictive! It contains one small Flower Crab, several Mussels and Prawns.
