Just round the corner from Soho, an understated shop lies in a back street of sorts. 

This congee is smooth, its texture like diluted milk. Its light unlike those heavy congee we have in Singapore. Its got a clean and light flavour, a respite from the savoury. For 30HKD, you get to enjoy a bowl of Century Egg and Pork congee. The locals pairs it with their carrot cake too.
