Eighteen Chefs - Bugis Junction

Eighteen Chefs is located on the top floor of Bugis Junction right next to the Cinema. Opened by Social Entrepreneur Benny Seto to help Ex-Convicts.  The place is very well run, with a self service ordering counter, affordable prices, discounts for Students and Pioneer elderly, and friendly staff. 

I had the signature Salted Egg Prawn Pasta, and it was surprisingly good. I had a very good impression of this place. Its intentional efficiency to make it easy for staff to manage their assimilation.

I came back to try the famed Heart Attack Fried Rice too. The rice was not too bad, fragrant and flavourful, but just not what you would get from a Tze Char stall. The beef looked dry, but was surprisingly juicy. For an affordable price, this is hard to beat.
