Gusto's - Carbonara [CLOSED]

I am usually not one who goes out to have pasta, assuming its simplicity... We were beat after a day of shopping and walked past Gusto, and was asked to try the Carbonara here. 

I was pleasantly surprised! The Pasta was still fairly Al Dente but cooked perfectly; the Cream Sauce was warm and comforting, and very flavourful - the chef has a Singaporean heavy hand on taste; the Bacon was exactly how I like it, chewy juicy and still salty; the Egg was a good distraction to me wolfing down this amazing plate.

Highly recommended for your Carbonara fix!
