Top Seafood at Sixth Ave

Nestled in an area where I spent half my life, Sixth Ave, lies a very humble "Tze Char" (@ Seafood Stalls) stall. Literally a "hole in a wall", this joint excels in both the small dishes as well as the Signatures.

Too many times we witness good Seafood places making it big and Famous only cos of their Signature dishes. But when it comes to the simple ones such as Fried Rice and Noodles, they fail miserably...

You know the Chef has it when he is able to masterly produce a plate of Rice, Grainy, Fragrant, barely Charred but with texture of the same. Having full control of the Balance between the Light and the Dark Soya Sauce - Light Soya provides the Saltiness whilst the Dark (Caramel) provides some Sweetness.

And then there is this... I have not heard or found anything else like this. Salted Egg Pork Ribs! Firstly, they prepare the meat perfectly, albeit with those tenderizers. Then they deep fry the meat till Golden and Crispy. Then they dish in the Salted Egg paste to create a Mouth-watering Explosion of textures and flavours in one bite!

As if not enough, another regular customer introduces us to this other dish.
Deep Fried Garlic Chicken! So much flavour from the Deep Frying of entire Garlic cloves and Curry Leaves, together with Chicken marinated in Salted and Pepper.
Warning: This one is Addictive! And goes well with Beers.
