Roast Goose & Steamed Hainan Chicken

 At HK International Airport, there was a long queue at Cafe de Coral. I joined that line and quickly understood why. Their set meals were very affordable - compared to the other stalls around (ranging from HKD32-58). I chose the first set, Roast Goose & Steamed Hainan Chicken Rice that only costs me HKD$58.

The roast goose had a thin cripsy top layer, with a succulent and juicy under layer. The meat marinated well and full of taste with each bite. This complemented the steamed Hainan Chicken thigh, which is fairly similar to the ones in Singapore, but tastier and much more fragrant.
