Famous Eunos Bak Chor Mee

I had made the mistake of ordering the dry version here - the noodles were too drenched in soup and the topping of Garlic just doesn't work. 

But it is clearly the soup version that is the Signature dish that had made this stall "Famous".  

 And yes the roasted Garlic brings the soup to another level! Together with the bunch of Pork Lard and bits of preserved vegetables creates so much intensity in the soup.

The noodles were springy and firm, tossed to al dente, but slippery - almost like slurping a bowl of Ramen in Japan! A bowl for $3.50 comes with lots of soft minced pork and 3 pieces of dumplings. But the dumplings gosh.... The skin is silky smooth and the entire piece just disappears in your mouth! You do not need to chew this. The filling is so soft.
