Chin Chin Chicken Rice

Along the Purvis street closer to Beach Road side, lies a eating house that serves Chinese dishes we call "Tze Char". If you didn't know, you'd miss the Chicken Rice set up in the corner. 

The rice was clumpy and damp, it really puts me off... Bad start. But the Chicken has to be the highlight. It was clean, without that gamey aftertaste nor of blood. The meat was firm and smooth. Slightly overcooked but still soft and tender. The Chilli was exceptional. Light in salinity, not as sour as others but made spicy. Love it. 

I'll definitely come back albeit to face a stressful situation of finding a seat in the very loud coffeeshop, with service staff constantly trying to avoid you neither can you self serve.
