Brothers Rojak - Clementi

These two brothers will clock in 20 years this 2017 of dishing out one of the tastiest Rojaks I have eaten. Rojak is a malay term meaning "Mix", and that is what it is. A blend of several different ingredients and sauces. But the best pay attention to how each ingredient is prepared. 

From how the Dough Sticks are toasted, to the roasting of the peanuts, and the different types of sliced dried squids blended in sweet and chilli sauces.
