ManNa Korean Restaurant at Telok Ayer - A place you can skip.

If you come a little over noon, you'd find yourself having to wait outside for a seat. A nice spacious restaurant setting with amicable service and affordable set lunches, you can't go wrong. Not all the dishes are up to mark though. I personally like the spicy beef stew best - Yuk Gae Jang. The Bulgogi is a tad sweet, and the Kimchi Fried Rice isn't that fragrant with no ingredients. I think you'd be better off across the street at ChunCheon Dakgalbi instead.
