Kwang Huat Hokkien Mee @ Newton Circus

Doesn't seem to be one of those popular stalls. But we tried it because it was next to Hai Yan Seafood out on the front facing the carpark. Ran by an elderly couple and seemingly their daughter. 

What I love about their Hokkien mee is the incredible Wok Hei as apparent from the picture. And you can taste the old school and see it in the "dirty" sauce. Full of rich flavours from broiling the Prawn broth. Each bite of noodles has a burst of these flavours and the occasional bean sprouts. Must try!
