Known for his fly-by-wire cooking style, Chef Bjorn Shen seem to place no regard for Formal or Fancy. Just unadulterated tasty food. He's even authored his own Recipes-Stories book. Come here for intense Middle Eastern inspired flavours and dishes. 

We came here prior to a Sunday Matinee and settled in for Brunch. Please make reservations in advance, as the queues can get pretty crazy.
