Dirty Duck - Bebek Bengil

Typical Bali for you to walk into a hole in a wall shophouse front, and into a deep spacious paradise! What a surprise to enter this restaurant littered with personal pavilions and large eating halls. Unfortunately the entire place was patronized by Chinese, Korean, and Singaporean tourists. The service staff weren't that friendly.

Just ordered the signature dish, which was a pricey IDR125,000 - probably cos its touristy now or simply to pay for the huge property... The duck was smoked well, the bones were crispy and some could be chewed on. The meat was fragrant and tasty. But i felt that they could do better to remove the insides - maybe that is why they call it the dirty duck.
