Beach Road Scissors Cut Curry Rice (Jalan Besar)

Always bustling within, tucked in a nondescript corner of Jalan Besar, lies a stall that some say holds the origins of the scissors cut curry rice. Come here for the late night cravings of a hearty meal of rice with braised and curry sauces at affordable prices. The braised pork is a dark caramelised sauce with a slightly dry pork. Personally i prefer the Curry Chicken, thick and creamy from the coconut milk, and not too spicy. Yummy with rice!
