360 Restaurant @ CN Tower (Ontario, Canada)

The Ultimate Seafood Platter:
We thoroughly enjoyed the Sweet Canadian Lobster, Juicy King Crabs, and Fresh Raw Oysters. The Smoked Salmon, Shrimps, Mussels, and Scallops weren't anything to jump about.


The Australian Grain-fed Aged Prime Ribeye:
Despite its less than appealing aesthetics, the meat was well marinated and aged.
The Meat was treated with great care and Roasted and Grilled very well to retain Full Flavours whilst maintaining my Medium Done-ness.


Canadian Game Hen
The Hen wasn't too gamey, the meat was cooked juicy.
However, the sauce was something that was not to my palate.
I would have liked it to be savoury, or to have more infusion of its own fat or broth.
What the chef had created was a play on sweetness.
