A place that have been little publicized or lauded. In fact, it used to be housed in a tiny little shophouse hidden deep within a residential estate away from the busy Bt Timah road.
Now they have shifted and expanded to a larger place, taking a nice corner unit at The Grandstand @ Turf City. This family-run restaurant that easily deserves a Michelin Star for the quality of their food and the service.
The Ciabatta Bread to start us off with just different. Almost like a pastry on it own. Crusted like a pie but its inside soft and fragrant like a scone. Amazing!

Grilled Turbot Fish in Cream Sauce.
The grill of this flat fish enhanced the flavours of the fish to bring about a beautiful balance between the natural cod-like sweetness of this fish and the ingenius cream sauce.
This has to be the highlight of this divine dining experience at Valentino's. Grilled Octopus Tentacle. Deceiving was the facade of an over charred and possibly over cooked and dry piece of octopus. A bite into it - a Caramelized and Crispy exterior and a Heavenly Succulent Soft yet firm Flesh! World Class!
