Joo Chiat (Ah Huat) Wanton Mee

Taking up 2 large stalls in the basement of Dunman Food Centre, and contending with the likes of Dunman Wanton Mee upstairs and Fatty’s Wanton Mee next door. I must say, this is one of my favourites. Look at the sauce, its too watery, and the sauces do not fully engulf the noodles. The char siew is a bit dry and yet without the “char”, doesn’t lend any flavour to this dish. Some say the black sauce version turns out better.
