Has to be by far the best Ikan Billis (Anchovies) Fried Rice I ever had! The wok hei is max on this plate of goodness. You can see its fried into each grain of rice. The anchovies lends its umami together with the sweet onions and chillis. 

The Bee Hoon has the same wok hei fragrance. 

This is the Tulang Merah - a braised Beef bone housing its marrow for you to knock it on the table or sucking it. A sloppy and not so glamorous affair. Their version is not so sweet, where you can still taste the herbs and flavours.
