Fu Ming Carrot Cake - Review

This "Mickey Mouse" signboard stall in Redhill seems to be always closed whenever I am there. This time it was open, I decided to try. For $3, I personally felt this was too small a plate. It was too oily in my opinion and too chopped up to have a good bite of it with my chopsticks. I'd have to scoop it out with a spoon. The only thing is that it has a dirty depth of flavours. Its probably from the charred bits lending to a bitterness that displaces the sweet sauce.
