Sum Kee - Nonya Curry Fish Head

This has to be one of the yummiest Curry Fish Head I've had. The best would have to be Ga Hock's. 
This type of Curry is getting harder and harder to find when most of the mainstream curry fish head these days are the Assam type. The "Nonya" version is a creamy, savoury and mildly spiced curry. Flavours enhanced by Dried Shrimps and Coconut. 

The Lady Fingers were firm and crunchy, the Cabbage and Dried Beancurd drenched with the curry. The Red Snapper was fresh, its meat smooth and firm, the collagen was "slurpy". All for only $25.


Otherwise they'd be remembered for their outrageous Nomenclature! Ultraman Chicken, WaWa Tofu, Kung Fu Pork Chop, Chicken Bikini Skin... 

"Ultraman Chicken" ($12 for Small) - basically Salted Egg Yolk Fried Chicken.
