Lobster Ramen by Keisuke @ Clarke Quay

Decided to make a trip here after the hype has died down. Nonetheless they maintain a no reservation policy. We had to queue outside. It is tough with a larger group. 

With simply four variants: Lobster Broth Ramen with Clear Soup ($13.90), Lobster Broth Ramen with Rich Creamy Soup ($14.90), Miso Lobster Broth Ramen ($14.90) and Spicy Miso Lobster Broth Ramen ($15.90). All toppings $20.90. The Spicy broth is more flavourful. But if you want a more unadulterated lobster bisque flavour, less salty with that slight bitter taste from the head of shellfish. 

This bowl is filled with toppings. Prawn dumplings, Crab Balls, Chicken and Pork Belly Char Siew. Just no sight of any Lobster.
