Adam Road Nasi Lemak

Always daunted by the long queues and early opening hours, I've finally gotten down to try this with a few of my colleagues. I must say, it is one of the best Nasi Lemak I have tested. (aside from my mum's. though i've yet to try Boon Lay's Power Nasi Lemak) 

Here, the Rice is Grainy and Fragrant. Something that not many had achieved. The Chilli is slightly sweet but still has sufficient heat. But the pièce de résistance has to be the Fried Chicken. A firm and crispy herbed batter, holding back the juices within. The meat is juicy and tender and full of flavour. 

Impressive that they have been able to maintain such quality despite expanding their operations so quickly.
