Tucked away in a corner coffeeshop in an old estate, the first thing you would see is the long queue for the famous Ocean Fishhead. And even more secluded is this stall, without a conspicuous signboard you probably would have missed it.

You give your order to this well spoken man, and take your seat and wait… About an hour I must say. So don't come hungry, otherwise you could have a go at the fish head first.

It comes served in a Claypot. Sizzling and topped off with fried pork belly. Everything sinful is in that Claypot. This Claypot costs $15.

The taste is great, fragrant as it should be especially coming out of a Claypot that aids the absorption of the stock. But don't expect that wok hei.
