The Market Grill - Lunch

Everyone at lunch was having one of these on their table, we simply had to as well. We had the Live Atlantic CharGrilled Whole Lobster $45 (or Steamed). Comes with Mash and Salad. The meat was firm and tender, and still very sweet. Perhaps the best way to have this is Steamed, in order to enjoy its original flavours.

I had the CW (Colin West) Bleu Cheese Burger $34/200g. A juicy lump of Beef done Medium Rare, topped off with Bacon and crazy Chunks of Blue Cheese! The flavours were Rich and Strong, all fighting for attention inside my mouth. A pretty damn good burger... 

I had my serious doubts about putting a Cod in a Burger... The CW Cod Fish $28 Burger is first on the list. The Atlantic Cod, marinated in Pommery (Champagne) and Grilled, so rich in flavours was surprisingly perfect with the warm and soft Parmesan bread. One burger is not enough... It takes Fillet O Fish to an astronomical dimension.
