SongFa Bak Kut Teh

Of the Plethora of Bak Kut Teh places, Song Fa still hits a spot. They seem to have been able to find a balance in the flavours. Some like it Peppery, some like it Sweeter, whilst some prefer it to have more of a herbal flavour. 

What I also like about Song Fa is the quality of their Pork Ribs and the way it is cooked. The meat simply slides of the bone. Yet the meat stays firm and tender. 

Always a good lunch option when having a "chinese man" craving - a hot bowl of soup and steaming fragrant white rice.
