Sister Wah's Beef Brisket Noodles


The Beef Briskets are so succulent and tender. It is rumoured that it takes them 3 days to prepare this brilliant meat. Melts in your mouth tendons, whilst so flavourful with that special seasoning. 

Absolutely tasty broth, that seems to resemble the Wanton Soup. Sweetened by the shirmps and pork from the Dumplings that are constantly boiled throughout the day, whilst securing the strong essence of the beef stock that was used to boil and soften the beef parts.
